Lawrence is now 6-0 and 2-0 in the league. Knox fell to 2-3, 0-2 in the conference.
Carrie Van Groll came off the bench to score a team-high 16 points for Lawrence. Claire Getzoff added 14 points for the Vikings.
Andie Allison led Knox with 18 points.
The Vikings began pulling away early in the second half but couldn't shake Knox. Lawrence put together a 9-0 run to take 50-32 lead with 9:19 left in the game.
Knox chipped away at the lead and cut it to eight points at 50-42 with 6:35 left, but Van Groll scored the next eight points for the Vikings to seal the victory.
