Jason Maclin paced Knox with 22 points, and Jeff Zick and Adam Estergard had 11 points apiece.
Lawrence (5-0, 2-0 MWC) trailed by four at the half, and the score was tied 34-34 when the Vikings took control. The Vikings went on a 17-4 run to grab a 51-38 lead with 8:32 left in the game. Knox (2-3, 0-2) never got closer than 10 points the rest of the way.
