Baruch 90, Hunter 58

New York, NY — Louie Karis (Brooklyn, NY/Xaverian) scored 20 points and Robi Davidson (Tel Aviv, Israel/Beverly Hills) had 16 points to lead the Bearcats to a 90-58 conference-opening win on Friday night at Hunter College.

Every player on the roster saw action as Baruch (6-1, 1-0 CUNYAC) scorched Hunter by shooting 59.3 percent (32-54) from the floor.

Cheick Fadika (Abidjan, Ivory Coast/Petit) had another strong game with 14 points and two blocks, while Ben Crane (Spring Valley, NY/Spring Valley) added nine points and three steals.

Patrick John Swift (Houston, TX / Kingwood) and Danny Greenberg (Rockville, MD/Richard Montgomery) had 10 points each for Hunter. The team struggled all evening shooting 30.2 percent (19-63).

The men will return to action this Tuesday with a conference road game at John Jay College. Tip off is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
