The Blue Devils held the Falcons to 16 points in the second stanza, allowing them to shoot only 20 percent for the period.
The Blue Devils, led by diminutive point guard Adam Chandler, shot 76 percent in the second half and 58 percent on the night.
Chandler keyed the Blue Devils (2-2, 1-0 WIAC) in the WIAC opener by scoring eight points in a 33 second time frame wrapped around the 10 minute mark. Chandler, listed at a generous 5-foot, 9-inches, and weighing 130 pounds, finished with 14 points. Chandler hit 5-for-8 from the floor, 3-for-6 from 3-point range and made his one free throw attempt. He also dished off three assists and had two steals.
Stout hit a sizzling 70 percent from 3-point range in the second half and made 10-of-11 free throw opportunities for the game.
Kailus Coleman led all scorers with 15 points. Brian Buck slipped in 12 points and Ryan Stangl finished with 11 points.
Stout dominated the boards, pulling down 40 caroms to the Falcons' 24. Eric Heisler led the way with eight rebounds, while Buck yanked down seven.
The Falcons (3-2, 0-1) were led by Jeff Holt with 11 points, all of them coming in the first half.
