Hall had 15 of his points in the first half. Emory led 47-37 at halftime. The Eagles hit all 15 of their free throws in the half.
LaGrange got within six, 52-46, in the first four minutes of the second half. Robby Lawrence's three-pointer got the Panthers within striking distance.
But the Panthers went scoreless for almost eight minutes after Lawrence's basket. Emory ran off 14 unanswered points to build a 66-46 lead.
The Eagles led by as many as 28 points with five minutes remaining. The Panthers got no closer than the final 19 point margin.
Lawrence and Evert Herriott each had 14 points for LaGrange. Chase Fawsett had 17 for Emory.
