Plattsburgh State 98, Paul Smith's 35

Plattsburgh, NY — The Plattsburgh State men’s basketball made its first five shots of the game to jump out to a 10-0 lead and later went on a 14-0 run to take a commanding lead as the Cardinals won a 98-35 non-conference game against Paul Smith’s College on Tuesday night at Memorial Hall in Plattsburgh.
Brad Manor led Plattsburgh (7-8) with 17 points, all coming in the second half. Johnnie Carter and Nate Bilow each added 15 points with all of Carter’s points coming in the first half.
Tom Carpenter chipped in 12 points with four 3-pointers and Ernest Anderton added 11 for the Cardinals who forced 30 turnovers and outrebounded the Bobcats (7-11) 55-25.
The Cardinals return to SUNYAC play with home games on Friday, vs Fredonia, and Saturday, vs. Buffalo State.
