Mary Washington 86, Salisbury 68
Fredericksburg, VA — Freshman guard Mike Lee scored 28 points in 24 minutes as the Mary Washington College men's basketball team defeated Salisbury University, 86-68, on Saturday at Goolrick Gymnasium. Lee scored seven points in a minute span in the first half to pace MWC, while junior Jon Hurd scored 21 points and grabbed a team-high six rebounds. Sophomore center Kevin Moore scored 14 points for MWC. The Eagles were 11-22 from behind the three-point line for the game. MWC opened up an early 20-3 lead, and never trailed after being down 2-0 to start the game.
