Garry Etienne scored 22 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead five players in double-figure scoring as Baruch (10-8, 6-2) defeated the Yellow Jackets of New York City College of Technology (10-7, 5-3) by the score of 83-69.
The visitors led by seven points (56-49) with 10:37 remaining, but Baruch finished the game with a 34-13 run for the victory.
John Burzo scored 21 points (seven assists), Chris Alesi 15 points (3-5 three pointers), Jonathan Rosario 11 points (six assists), and Chris O'Connor had 10 points and 11 rebounds as part of a terrific team effort to give Baruch a 6-2 record in CUNYAC play.
Shacun Malave led the Yellow Jackets with 23 points and Roger Redhead and Jason Senior each added 15 points.
Baruch will be in action this Monday night when they travel to Yeshiva for a non-conference game. Tip off is scheduled for 8:00 p.m.
