Stockwell added 12 rebounds, including seven on the offensive glass, to record his fifth double-double of the season. Furbush, currently ranked 22nd nationally in 3-point field goal percentage, was 5-for-7 from behind the arc.
The Bobcats improved to 12-3, wrapping up a six-game Bates snapped Wentworth's two-game win streak, dropping the Leopards to 2-10.
Bates jumped out to an early 8-0 lead, but Wentworth slowly cut into the lead, with Troy Ramey hitting a 3-pointer to cut the lead to 19-17.
After Victor Rivera pushed the lead back to four points, Brian Gerrity hit a 3-pointer from deep in the corner to give Bates a 24-17 lead with just over seven minutes left in the first half. On his way back down the court, Gerrity tripped over a Wentworth player on the bench, and a WIT player fell on top of him. The players on the court gathered around the pile up, but the crowd was quickly dispersed.
Bates continued its run, building the lead to 15 points when Zak Ray stole the ball and broke free for a layup. He was fouled hard on the play by Ramey, who was called for an intentional foul and ejected from the game with 1:58 remaining.
Bates finished the half with a 44-26 lead, and the Leopards never got closer than 15 points in the second half.
Ray finished the game with 12 points and six assists. Ramon Garcia scored 12 points and Gerrity added 12 points and four assists for the Bobcats.
