Superior, Wi. — The UW-Superior Yellowjackets had five players score in double figures as they rallied from a three-point halftime defecit to defeat UW-Platteville by a score of 82-72. Four of the Yellowjackets five starters scored in double figures. Senior forward Cody Kastern led UW-Superior with 20 points and 7 rebounds. Sophomore forward Floyd Nyemeck -Bayiha and junior guard Marc Rothschadl scored 17 and 12 points respectively. Senior center Bob Riley scored 10 points while junior guard Laron Reed came off the bench to add 17. UW-Platteville's Brad Reitzner led all scorers with 31 points. The win turned out to be a milestone for UW-Superior Head Coach Jeff Kaminsky as the 10-year Yellowjacket mentor picked up his 100th victory at Superior.
