Boston, Ma — Elms College senior forward Tina Fontaine (Granby,MA) posted her team leading eighth double-double scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds to held lead the Blazers to a 42-25 victory over host Wheelock College in Thursday night’s North Atlantic Conference(NAC) women’s basketball game.

With the win, the Blazers improved to 5-14 overall, 5-8 NAC, while Wheelock fell to 0-19 overall, 0-14 NAC.

Elms led 15-14 at halftime and did not surrender the lead on the way to victory.

The Blazers travel to NAC opponent Johnson State on Saturday Feb. 14. Tip off time is 2:00 p.m.
