Framingham State 76, Mass-Boston 44

Framingham, MA — The Framingham State Lady Rams (6-13) had four players score in double figures tonight as they defeated Umass Boston 76-44 tonight at Framingham State. Colleen Kennedy and Kaitlyn Rea led the way for the Lady Rams with 15 points and 12 points respectively. Lisa Diamond added 11 points and 8 rebounds while Meghan Staffiere added a double double, 10 points and 11 rebounds, to go along with 7 steals. Erin Towne who had 14 points and 9 rebounds led Umass Boston, while Elmina Darville added 13 points..
Prior to the game Framingham State honored former Lady Rams Janice Coppolino and Hilary Glynn for their 1000-point careers at Framingham State. Coppolino was presented the basketballs that she collected her 1000th point with and 1000th rebound, while Glynn was presented the ball that she scored her 1000th point with. The Lady Rams next game is Senior Day, Saturday February 14th at home at 1 pm against Salem State.
