Dover, DE — Wesley College (6-15, 3-10) hosted conference opponent Arcadia University (2-19, 2-11) and came away with a 77-56 win on Wednesday night at Jim and Shirley Wentworth Gymnasium. Sophomore Nick Minor (Gambrills, MD/Arundel) had a game-high 26 points on 11-of-20 shooting, along with 8 rebounds, 5 steals, and 4 assists. Rufus Mincey (Morristown, NJ/Morristown) contributed 15 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 steals for the Wolverines. Robert Gordy (Temperanceville, VA/Arcadia) pulled down 11 rebounds in the win.
Arcadia was led by sophomore Magen McNeil’s (Philadelphia, PA/University City) 22 points and 9 rebounds. Justin McCuen (Horsham, PA/Hatboro-Horsham) had 9 points for the Scarlet Knights.
Wesley shot 32-of-61 (52.5%) from the field and held a slim advantage on the boards, 35-33. The Wolverines had 26 points off of 20 Arcadia turnovers.
