Brian Jones scored 13 points in 16 minutes off the bench. Seth Hauben, Andy Larkin, and Makedo Wisseh scored 10 apiece. Gabe Perez had nine assists and three steals.
Scott Fisher led the Maroons with 10 points. Jay Morelock scored nine and Clay Carmody had eight.
Rochester improved to 18-0 overall, 7-0 in the UAA. Chicago is 7-11 overall, 3-4 in the UAA.
Fisher made a pair of layups in the first two minutes, but Rochester's defense clamped down and the Maroons scored only four points in the next eight minutes. The Yellowjackets used an 18-4 surge to take command, 22-8, with 10:24 left in the first half. Jones scored six of the 18 and Hauben had four. It was 39-17 at the half.
