West Palm Beach, Florida; January 31 - The Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish defeated the Thomas College men's basketball team by a score of 92-72 in the final game of the Sailfish tournament.
Thomas led by as many as 10 points in the first half before a Sailfish run produced a 6 point half-time lead at 47-41. James Godley scored 11 of his 17 points in the first half to carry Thomas.
Palm Beach Atlantic broke open the close game in the second half on an incredible effort by Spenser Lee, who shot 10-10 from the field and 2-2 from the foul line with two three point field goals. Lee had game highs with 24 points and 11 rebounds.
For Thomas, Nick DePalmer had 13 points and 5 rebounds. Adam Rich added 12 points for the Terriers.
