The win snapped a 6-game Pride losing streak, the last three of which were to NCAA Division I clubs. "I said to the team that we won't face anyone as tough as our last three games," said GC Head coach Rusty LaRue. "Those games helped and we did a lot of good things tonight."

Mt. St. Joseph's (5-4) was paced by Derrick Jones who scored 29 points. The Pride defense, however, held MSJ to 33 percent shooting (22-67).
