SAN DIEGO — The Drew University women’s basketball team outscored Eastern Connecticut State University 19-6 over the final six minutes of the first half en route to a 61-42 win in the second round of the Surf ‘N Slam Small College Basketball Tournament Wednesday afternoon at Golden Gym.
