Albion, 9-0 overall and ranked 11th in the D3hoops.com poll, will face Bridgewater State (Mass.) College or Linfield (Ore.) College in the Cactus Jam title game Thursday, Dec. 30 at 4 p.m. Eastern time.
The Britons trailed Ramapo just once, but the margin was close until the opening minutes of the second half.
Ramapo took a 17-15 lead when Antoine Pryor connected for a three-point field goal with 9:13 left in the first half.
Albion quickly regained the lead with baskets by seniors Travis DePree and Mike Thomas, and the Britons went on to hold a 35-31 lead at halftime.
The Britons seized total control of the game with a 20-4 run over the first five minutes of the second half. Thomas connected for a pair of three-point field goals, while DePree and junior forward Garrett Gibbons contributed five points apiece during the rally.
Albion extended the lead to 26 when junior guard Mike Bailey dialed from long distance to make the score 68-42 with 10 minutes left in the contest.
Thomas led all scorers with 22 points, and moved into 12th place on Albion's all-time scoring ladder with 1,107 career points. He needs just 30 more points to move into a tie with Milton Barnes (1975-79) for 11th place on the Briton career scoring list.
Five other Britons also scored in double figures. DePree connected on 5 of 6 shots from the field and at the free throw line to finish with 16 points. He just missed a double-double, pulling down nine rebounds. Bailey and junior center Brandon Crawford scored 11 points apiece, while Gibbons and sophomore guard Zak Silas added 10 points each.
Todd Lowber scored 20 points to lead Ramapo (5-2 overall). Rashawn Wilson and Amin Wright added 17 and 13 points, respectively, for the Roadrunners.
