WAYNE, NJ — (Dec. 18) – Junior guard Feron McGee scored a team-high 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds and helped William Paterson hold the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy to 30.4 percent shooting in its 61-50 non-conference victory Saturday at the William Paterson Rec Center.

McGee also grabbed seven rebounds and blocked three shots for the Pioneers (7-2), who have now held six straight opponents to 55 points or fewer and three straight to 50 or less. The victors, who also received 17 points from senior guard Robert Sullivan, owned a 51-32 rebounding edge.
