NASSAU, Bahamas — Maryville suffered a 76-66 loss to the College of Staten Island. The Saints, who played the game in the Bahamas, led by one point at halftime, but sent Staten Island to the charity stripe a total of 23 times in the second half as they were outscored 36-25.
Sophomore Lea Feasline posted her third double-double of the season with a team-high 16 points and 18 boards. She also tallied five steals and four assists in the effort. Junior Carrie Snyder also added a team-high 16 points for the game, while freshman Sarah Bartholic had 14 points on 5-10 (.500) shooting from the field and 4-5 (.800) from the charity stripe.
