Notes:
UW-Whitewater is now 5-3 overall, and 1-3 in the WIAC. UW-Superior is 6-3 overall, and 0-3 in the WIAC... Whitewater led by 11, 25-14, at 5:09 in the first half. Superior then outscored Whitewater 16-5 to end the half tied at 30-30. In the second half, Whitewater led by 8, 65-57, at 3:15 but Superior came back with a 10-2 run to tie the score at the end of regulation. Laron Reed hit a 3-point basket with one second left in regulation for UW-Superior. In overtime, the game was tied 75-75 at 1:18. Whitewater's last 6 points came on free throws, two by Griffin, two by Melvin Williams, and two by Rob Perry with two seconds left to clinch the victory... Angelo Griffin recorded his second double-double of the season. His first (10-11) came in the season opener November 19 versus Otterbein College... Whitewater defeated UW-Oshkosh 68-64 in their last overtime game on February 7, 2004

UW-Whitewater's Next Game:
On December 17-18, Whitewater will play in the Holland Sentinel Community Tournament in Holland, Michigan. The Warhawks first game of the tournament will be against Concordia (MI) on Friday at 5:00 p.m. On the 18th the Warhawks will take on either Hope (MI) or Judson (IL) at 12:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.
The next UW-W home contest will be Thursday, December 30th when the Warhawks will host Carroll College at 7:30 p.m. in the Williams Center.
