With the loss, the Blazers lost their second straight game to fall to 2-6 overall, 2-3 NAC. Lasell improved to 4-5 overall, 1-2 NAC.
Junior guard Sarah Castro (Russell, MA) scored a season-high nine points, but the Blazers were plagued by poor free throw shooting (12 of 30) in the loss.
Freshman forward Christine DeLuca (Johnston, RI) and sophomore guard Justine Hill (Carver, MA) tallied 13 points apiece to lead a balanced offensive attack for the Lasers in the victory.
