Josh Kendrick led the Cougars with 23 points, 19 of which came in the first half, and eight rebounds.
Michael Morak and Corey Brown each added 15 points while Andre Little added 11 points, two rebounds, and three steals.
CM opened the game on a 20-5 run and extended the margin, 42-22, at half time.
To open the second half Neumann jumped out to 15-0 run to close the margin 45-37. However, the gap never got less than seven points as the Cougars went on to secure their fourth win of the season.
CM, 4-4 (3-1), will host Wilkes December 11 at 2:00.
