Daniel Webster 90, Rivier 82
NASHUA - — The Daniel Webster College Eagles took flight over the Rivier Raiders never trailing in the contest in posting an exciting 90-82 win over their intra-city rivals. Freshman Josh Howe led the way with 22 points, but he wasn't alone. Freshman Danny Ford stemmed a Rivier second-half rally when the Raiders climbed within a point by making a steal and then a thunder dunk to pick the Eagles back up. Ford finished with 20 points as did freshman JJ Oilver . Sophomore guard David Clay added 12 points and senior Kenny Ouellette 11 to complete the double digit scoring. The Eagles are now 1-1 in the conference and 2-5 overall.
