Both teams played a tight first half with Baruch leading by only six at halftime (34-28), but they came out firing in the second half and outscored Hunter 50-29 to go on to an easy conference victory.
Louie Karis scored 14 points (4-5 3FG), while Sime Marnika (seven rebounds) and Cheick Fadika (nine rebounds, three blocks) each scored 12 points
Hunter (0-4, 0-1) was led by Troy Greaves with 13 points.
The men will next face John Jay in a home game on Tuesday. Tip off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Faculty/Staff Day in the ARC Gym.
