CAMDEN, NJ — Senior guard Ryan Cochrane (Howell, NJ/Pemberton) scored 16 of his game-high 21 points in the first half, sparking the Rowan University men’s basketball team over Rutgers University-Camden, 82-63, in a New Jersey Athletic Conference game here Wednesday.
