Cortland State 75, Oswego State 64BRONX, NY — Senior forward Brian Kelly scored 16 points and pulled down a team high 10 rebounds as USMMA defeated Lehman College 61-54 in a non-conference men's basketball game at the APEX Arena.
After starting the game trailing 16-2, the Lightning went on a 9-0 run to close the game to five. USMMA led 30-26 at halftime. Lehman (3-5 overall) was led by the play of junior guard Rafael Bueno who scored 16 points while sophomore Duane Rhoden chipped in with 13 points and 13 rebounds. Up next for the Lightning is another non-conference match-up against Yeshiva University, this Thursday at the APEX Arena. Start time for this contest is 8:00 pm.
