Ohio Northern 61, Wilmington 48 — Senior guard Kathy Santiago scored 17 points, while sophommore teammate Sally Nnamani chipped in with 14 points as Lehman College downed CCNY 57-26 to end the regular season at the APEX Arena.
Lehman (16-9 overall/9-4 CUNY) also received quality performances from junior Tiara Carroll and sophomore Monique Sampson each finishing with 10 points. CCNY (0-23/0-13 CUNY) was led by Maomi Solano who finished with nine points and ten rebounds. Up next for the Lightning is the 41st Annual Con Edison CUNY conference basketball tournament, to begin next Saturday at the Nat Holman Gymnasium. The Lightning will take on Medgar Evers at 4:45pm.
