Jankowski’s 11 assists also tied her career high and marked the second time she had that many against Rowan. The first time came on Jan. 25, 2006.
The Scarlet Raptors went on a 40-32 second-half run to overcome a 35-34 halftime deficit. That run was sparked by Jankowski, who had 10 points, nine rebounds and seven assists after the intermission.

With the second-half score tied for the third time, Jankowski sank a pair of foul shots with 9:17 remaining in the game, giving the Raptors the lead for good, 54-52. The Raptors held off the Profs down the stretch, aided by clutch foul shooting from junior guard Jennifer Williams (Ocean City, NJ/Ocean City). Williams went 4-for-6 from the line, including 4-for-4 in the last couple of minutes, to finish with a career-high 13 points.
Junior forward Jennifer Christy (Malaga, NJ/Delsea Regional) added 15 points and four steals for the Lady Raptors, while junior guard Imani Hafiz (Franklinville, NJ/Delsea Regional) had 10 points and four steals.
For Rowan, senior forward Lauren Byrne (Paulsboro, NJ/Gloucester Catholic) had 13 points and nine rebounds, while junior guard Susan Massara (Hammonton, NJ/Hammonton) scored 11 points. Sophomore guard Brynn DeGroff (Wildwood Crest, NJ/Wildwood) collected 10 points and junior guard Kristina Wallace (Logan Township, NJ/Clearview Regional) had nine assists for the Profs.
Rowan plays a 1 p.m. NJAC game at The College of New Jersey Saturday, while the Lady Raptors host that same TCNJ team in their next game at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 17.
