Senior guard Erin Sanvidge (Catholic Central/Troy) scored 11 points–her second-straight game in double digits. Sanvidge also made a game-best six assists.
For Oneonta, sophomore forward Kerri Swails (Vestal/Vestal) scored a team-high 10 points.
