βI thought today we really focused in on the defensive end,β said assistant coach Bill Zotti. βIt really showed every time Lycoming would make a run at us we were able to get key stops that enabled us to stem the tide. We know we have to keep working on the defensive end to keep our run going.β
Senior center Brian Rimol (Randolph, NJ/Randolph) scored 11 points and grabbed nine rebounds while senior forward Pierre Schmitt (Park Ridge, NJ/Park Ridge) added 14 points. Sophomore forward Greg Sye (Chantilly, VA/Chantilly) led Lycoming with 20 points and 11 rebounds while junior guard David Wilson (Pottsville, PA/Pottsville) chipped in 14 points.
