CLINTON, N.Y. — Giorgi Chavleishvili '08 scored a game-high 13 points off the bench to lead Hamilton College to a 78-47 Liberty League win against visiting Skidmore College at Scott Field House on Feb. 2.

Hamilton (13-5 overall, 6-2 league) has won three straight games. The Continentals lead the all-time series against Skidmore with 30 wins and just six losses. The Thoroughbreds (2-17, 1-8) have lost five in a row after defeating Hamilton 88-84 in overtime on Jan. 20.

Hamilton led 37-28 at the half and opened the second half with a 13-2 run for a 50-30 advantage. The Thoroughbreds didn't threaten again. The Continentals shot 53.6 percent (30-56) from the field, including 10 of 20 from three-point range. Hamilton's full court pressure helped account for 13 steals and 23 Skidmore turnovers.
