Williamson hit 3-of-5 shots from three-point range as the Crusaders (12-5 overall, 3-3 Commonwealth) finished 8-for-20 from beyond the arc as a team and led by as many as 24 points in the second half.
Monica Johnson led the Flying Dutchmen (5-10 overall, 2-4 Commonwealth) with a game-high 18 points and seven rebounds while Donna Geiger and Allie Butler added 10 points apiece for Lebanon Valley.
Susquehanna trailed briefly in the game's opening moments, but hit four three-pointers as part of a 12-1 run to take a 21-8 lead with 10:59 left in the first half. The Dutchmen pulled within five at 29-24 with 1:20 left in the half, but Meg Loughran came off the Crusader bench to score the final five points of the half to send Susquehanna to intermission with a 37-24 lead.
The Crusaders shot 6-for-13 from three-point range in the first half, with Williamson leading the way by going 3-for-4 from long range en route to 11 points in the half.
Susquehanna went on a 14-2 run early in the second half, capped by three-pointers from Nikki Smith and Val Houseal, to take its largest lead of the game at 54-30 with 11:05 remaining. The Dutchmen used a late 13-3 run to pull within 12 points with just over a minute remaining, but could get no closer.
Loughran finished with seven points and four rebounds off the bench for the Crusaders while Smith added eight points as the Susquehanna bench outscored the Lebanon Valley reserves by a margin of 41-6.
Jen Clark finished with eight points, six rebounds and three assists for Susquehanna, sharing the team high in rebounds with Courtney Thibeault.
The Crusaders finished the game at 37.9 percent (22-for-58) from the field but went 13-for-15 from the foul line and committed just 13 turnovers while forcing the Dutchmen into 20 miscues.
