Joel Patch chipped in with 15 points and nine rebounds as the Crusaders (13-6 overall, 5-3 Commonwealth) moved within a game of the Pride (11-7 overall, 6-2 Commonwealth) for second place in the conference standings behind Messiah.
Essien Ford led Widener with 15 points and seven rebounds, but the Pride shot 32.4 percent (22-for-68) from the field to offset a 47-38 rebounding edge over the Crusaders.
Robinson reached the 20-point mark for the 11th time in 14 games this season, while Cuff hit double figures for the 18 th time in as many games played this year as the Crusaders used an 11-0 run early in the second half to energize a capacity crowd on Pepsi Day.
Susquehanna led at halftime 29-27 following a sluggish opening half that featured six ties and no lead larger than four points. The Crusaders shot 38.5 percent (10-for-26) in the first half while the Pride hit just 29.4 percent (10-for-34) from the floor in the opening 20 minutes.
The Pride took their final lead of the game at 32-31 on a basket by Bobby Edmunds with 17:47 to play, and trailed just 35-34 following a hoop from Ford with 15:44 to go.
However, a three-pointer by Cuff, a driving layup by Robinson, and a breakaway dunk by Patch gave Susquehanna a 42-34 lead with 14:27 left, and Bryan Majors capped the run with a steal and layup that gave the Crusaders a 46-34 edge with 13:22 left.
Widener pulled with 52-46 on two foul shots by Ford with 8:32 remaining, but Majors and Matt McDevitt drilled three-pointers around a layup by the Pride's Jamarr Johnson to give Susquehanna a 58-48 lead with 6:49 remaining, and Widener would get no closer.
McDevitt hit all three of his shots from the field and finished with seven points in 14 minutes off the Crusader bench, while Majors finished with seven points and four steals in 31 minutes of action.
Edmunds finished with 11 points and four rebounds for Widener, while Johnson also finished in double figures at 11 points and five boards for the Pride. Leading scorer Malcolm Thomas battled foul trouble and finished with just seven points and six rebounds in 22 minutes for the Pride, who committed 15 turnovers to just nine for the Crusaders.
Andy Gaebel nailed a pair of three-pointers for the Crusaders and finished with eight points in just 10 minutes off the Susquehanna bench.
