DOVER, De. — Wesley College (2-6) overcame a 33-21 halftime deficit to defeat non-conference opponent Gallaudet University (1-8) by a final score of 73-61, in men's basketball action on Monday night at Jim and Shirley Wentworth Gymnasium. Rashawn Johnson (SO, Selbyville, DE/Sussex Tech) had a double-double for Wesley posting 25 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Wolverines. Evan Martin (SO, Wilmington, DE/Laurinburg) posted 16 points, while Tyrell Brown (SR, Randallstown, MD/Randallstown), Cody White (SO, Milton, DE/Sussex Tech) and Daniel Henry (SO, Smyrna, DE/Smyrna) all had 9 points apiece in a balanced Wolverine effort. Brown added 9 rebounds.

Wesley only shot 7-of-28 (25%) in the first half, but answered back shooting 16-of-32 (50%) in the second half of play where the Wolverines posted 52 points. Gallaudet out-rebounded Wesley 42-39, while the Wolverines forced 24 Bison turnovers.
