Kalejta, who finished with seven points, added two foul shots with 5.6 seconds left as the Crusaders (7-2 overall) rallied from a 10-point first-half deficit to improve to 6-0 at home for the first time since the 2000-01 season.
Jen Clark and Val Houseal paced Susquehanna with 13 points apiece, while Alicia Morris and Michele Auerbacher led the Ospreys (4-6) with 17 points each.
Susquehanna led 55-52 following a free throw by Clark with 1:41 remaining, but Jenna Shenk drilled a three-pointer to tie the score at 55-55 with 1:24 left. On the Crusaders' next possession, Kalejta barely beat the shot clock with an off-balance jumper to put Susquehanna on top for good at 57-55.
Following a missed shot by the Ospreys, Ruth Williamson canned two free throws with 22 seconds left to extend the Crusader lead to 59-55. Another errant shot from Richard Stockton was grabbed by Kalejta, who sealed the win with two foul shots with 5.6 seconds remaining.
Richard Stockton led for the entire first half, taking its largest lead of the night at 29-19 on a jumper by Lisa Neira with 6:19 left in the half. However, the Crusaders would score the final nine points of the half, including four straight by Houseal in the final two minutes, to pull within 29-27 at intermission.
Morris, who hit her first six shots from the field, led all players with 13 points in the first half while Auerbacher added 10 for the Ospreys, who shot 48.1 percent (13-for-27) from the field but committed 12 turnovers.
In the second half, Richard Stockton led by as many as six points at 33-27 with 18:34 remaining, but the Crusaders went on a 9-2 run capped by a jumper by Samantha Jansson that gave Susquehanna its first lead of the night at 36-35 with 13:39 remaining.
The Ospreys took their final lead of the evening at 43-42 on a foul shot from Neira with 9:42 left, when the Crusaders embarked on an 10-2 run that was capped by five points from Houseal on a three-pointer and a jumper that gave Susquehanna its largest lead of the night at 52-45 with 4:44 left.
Richard Stockton trailed 54-47 with three minutes left, but a layup from Jenn Russell and three-pointers by Auerbacher and Shenk tied the score at 55-55, setting up Kalejta's heroics.
Jansson and Williamson each scored six points off the bench for the Crusaders, whose reserves outscored the Osprey substitutes by a 29-2 margin.
Both teams finished with 31 rebounds, as Morris led all players with 14 boards. Jansson and Courtney Thibeault shared the team high for the Crusaders with five rebounds apiece.
