Lockett, who finished with a game-high 27 points, was able to get free for a brief moment to nail the winning jumper with 1.7 on the clock.
The loss drops the Bearcats into a third-place tie with CCNY at 7-5, while Lehman (9-15, 5-7 CUNYAC) rescues their conference hopes for a better seed by joining Medgar Evers and City Tech in a three-way tie at 5-7.
Phil Schatz (Middle Village, N.Y./Archbishop Molloy) led the Bearcats (9-14, 7-5 CUNYAC) this evening with a double-double of 21 points and 16 rebounds.
Carl Emengo (Brooklyn, N.Y./Canarsie) had eight points, eight rebounds, and 10 assists, while Arki Wisnu (New York, N.Y./Newtown) recorded nine points.
The Bearcats will return to action this Friday with a 7:30 pm road game at Hunter College.
