Kelsey Duoss,last year\'s WIAC player of the year, scored 21 points and Lindsey Gerber, a transfer from UW-Whitewater, popped in 11 points in the first half in her first game as a Blue Devil.
The Blue Devils jumped out to a 47-28 halftime lead, then kept up the pressure in the second half.
Stout held a 54-34 advantage off the glass as the Blue Devils were able to clear the bench. Duoss matched her rebound average from last year, grabbing nine boards. Duoss needs 23 points to hit the 1000 career point plateau.
Benedictine had three players in double figures with Tamika Curtis scoring 18 points, Amanda Burditt 14 and Dana Sullivan 12. Curtis had 10 rebounds.
Stout will play Edgewood College Saturday in the championship game. Edgewood upset host Carroll College, 66-64.
