Liz Bondi led DePauw with 18 points in 22 minutes and became the ninth player in school history to reach 1,000 career points. Caitlin McGonigal added 11 points in the win.
Suzy Doughty dished out six assists and became the SCAC career leader with 449 which broke the mark held by Lauren Turnbow of Hendrix (1996-00). Emily Marshall paced DePauw with nine rebound as the Tigers held a 43-26 edge on the boards.
Dani Pettay paced Sewanee with 15 points and five rebounds, while Anne Wills added 10 points.
DePauw quickly took a 13-2 lead in the opening five minutes on the way to a 38-20 halftime lead. The hosts then opened the second half with a 6-2 run which pushed the margin to 22. The lead reached as many as 35 at 71-36.
The Tigers shot 49.3 percent from the floor and hit 5-of-12 three-pointers, while Sewanee connected on 32 percent from the floor.
DePauw, which has won an SCAC-record 32 straight home conference games, hosts Oglethorpe at 2 p.m. on Sunday, while Sewanee travels to Centre for a 3 p.m. contest.
