Kings Point 71, SUNY-Old Westbury 70

NORTHFIELD, Minn. — Austin Bildstein had 22 points to lead Luther College to a 60-57 men\'s basketball win over St. Olaf on Monday night at Skoglund Center.

The Oles\' (0-2, 0-0 MIAC) Mark Torell had a chance to tie in the closing seconds, but his 3-pointer rimmed out.

Jon Butala and Bobby Hunter had 11 points each in the loss for St. Olaf.

The Oles struggled from the free throw line, going 15-for-26. Luther was 19-of-23 from the charity stripe.

Josh Johnson added 17 points for the Norse (1-1, 0-0 IIAC), who had a 32-28 halftime lead.

St. Olaf hosts Crown College on Saturday at 3 p.m.
