Sophomore DeJurnett Prioleau added 13 points for the Tommies, who never trailed and improved to 4-0 at home this season. They shot 41% from the field and sank 19-of-26 at the foul line.
UST moved into a four-way tie for second place in the conference standings at 5-2.
Michelle Richter scored 19 points and Katie LeGrave had 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Auggies.
St. Thomas is home Wednesday to face Gustavus, then plays Saturday at Concordia and next Monday at St. Catherine.
