Fellow senior Ana Castillo registered her 10th double double of the season and 4th in as many games. She finished with 19 points (13-15 from the line) and 14 rebounds. Seniors Taryn Hames and Kelly Robertson got into the action themselves by scoring 8 points.
Liz Kolbe led the Colorado College Tigers in scoring with 18 points. Eliese Hansberry (12) and Paige Whitney (11) also reached double figures.
The Crusaders finished 1-1 in the Independent Classic and are currently 10-11. They have a chance reach .500 next week against the 14-6 Trinity University Tigers. Next Saturday's home finale tips off at 5:00pm.
