The Crusaders dominated the first half and all squad members saw action. They entered the locker room at the half up 46-33, shooting 53.6% from the field against Louisiana College\'s zone defense. Solid free throw shooting (76.5% on the game) would prove to keep them ahead in the second half, despite the struggles offensively.
Kelly Robertson (Senior Guard/Forward -- Eugene, Oregon) had a double-double -- a 10 point, 11 rebound night. Kristy Malone (Senior Point Guard -- Rosenberg, TX) lead the pack with 21 points, 5 assists, and Shanie Cardinal (Junior Guard -- Houston, TX) went 4-8 from the three and 4-4 from the free throw line to finish with 18 points.
Reba Clemens (Senior Forward -- Pickering, LA)lead the way for the Wildcats with 20 points in 20 minutes of play.
