Senior Felicia Davis had 16 points for CMS, which went 5-for-7 at the foul line to the Toms' 21-for-29. Davis finished as CMS' No. 3 all-time scorer with 1,602 points. UST junior Alissa Case had a career-high 16 rebounds and scored 13 of her 15 points in the second half. Jennifer Ulstad added 14 points and Anne Newell added 11 rebounds for the Toms, who led 31-27 at halftime and never trailed in the final half. The Toms couldn't shake the Athenas, though, and got their first double-digit lead in the closing 20 seconds. |
